History

Recognizing the need for a print shop catering to short run, high quality and fast turnaround, Austin Parks decided to open one of the nation's first quick print shops. In 1974, VIP - Village Instant Printing opened its door's in Modesto, California.

An innovator, Austin Parks developed the business at a rapid pace and opened a second shop in 1981. As the business grew and his client's needs began to change, he realized the need to be able to handle their demands for process color and longer run lengths. In 1985, he purchased Belt Printing & Lithograph, a commercial printer in Modesto established in 1950. Later that year, the two locations of VIP were merged into the current facility at 1515 10th Street, Modesto and renamed as Parks Printing.

In November of 2010 we announced the merger between Parks and Snyder Lithograph of Stockton, California. Snyder Lithograph has been a fixture in the San Joaquin business community since 1970. The Stockton location was renamed Snyder Parks Printing solutions.

Over the years, Parks Printing has always been the leader in acquiring & implementing new technologies that have helped the company to grow to its present status as one of the leading commercial printers in California.
